The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on the Websites and Language Applications (including without limitation text, photographs, sounds and graphics) are owned by Language House Ltd or its licensors. If you breach any of the terms in this legal notice, your permission to use the Websites and Language Applications automatically terminates.

3. All trade marks of Language House Ltd indicated on the Websites and Language Applications are registered trademarks of Language House Ltd or its group companies in the United Kingdom and other countries.

3. Language House Ltd expressly reserves the right to revoke the right granted in paragraph 5.2 for breach of these terms and to take any action it deems appropriate.

4. You shall fully indemnify Language House Ltd for any loss or damage suffered by Language House or any of its group companies for breach of paragraph 5.2.

The vast majority of the My-Language images have been purchased. A small minority have been obtained via open source methods. Please note all images displayed on my-language websites are never downloaded and solely for the use of teaching.
